Rates

The Center is an educational business activity of the University of Florida and does not receive general funding from any source. All of our operating costs are covered by providing services to partners and clients of the Center. Our rates are set and approved by the UF CFO division following U.S. OMB Uniform guidance and reviewed/set on a biennial basis.

Our general rate schedule, as of July 1, 2026, follows:

Client Engagement or Work: $326.60/person hour
Active Training Sessions: $718.30/person hour
Materials Development: $196.60/person hour

For projects that require dedicated travel, travel costs are billed at cost following UF Travel Policies and travel time is billed at $163.50/hour.


For partners whose operational home is the University of Florida, UF auxiliary policies provide special rates for internal clients.

Consulting/Research services: $268.90
Training Sessions: $598.60
Materials Development: $163.80
Travel: $136.90
